Privacy

Updated September 25, 2026. Agency Harbor Desk uses Google sign-in to verify your identity. Your Google account identifier, name, email, assigned role, and registration/login dates are retained while your account exists so administrators can approve access. New accounts have navigation-only access: no CRM data or tools are loaded. Role changes are audited. Contact us to request account removal.

Session identifiers are stored as hashes, expire after eight hours, and are removed on logout or daily cleanup after expiry. Temporary sign-in nonces expire after ten minutes. Google passwords and Google access tokens are not stored. Approved demo users' fictional insurance workflow changes stay in the browser; some other demo changes reset on refresh. They are not uploaded to a CRM database. Do not enter real applicant information.

The service is hosted by Cloudflare; Cloudflare and Google process network and authentication information under their own privacy policies. There are no advertising trackers. Signing out removes the server session; use demo reset controls or clear this site's browser data to remove local demo changes. For privacy questions or removal requests, contact dafrye89@gmail.com.

Saved workspace records

The separate Workspace, Internal inbox, Internal cases and Reports sections save fictional records to Cloudflare D1, unlike the original browser-only demo. Stored information includes workspace memberships, contacts, tasks, opportunities, internal conversations and drafts, review and assignment history, minimal case facts, and audit/export metadata. Only approved accounts with explicit workspace membership can access those workspace records. Signing out or clearing browser storage does not delete saved server records; contact the operator about removal. Use synthetic data only: do not enter real applicant, health, banking or other sensitive information. No messages, carrier applications or insurance decisions are sent by these sections. The Calendar connection page is available, but live Calendar access is not configured; Google identity sign-in remains separate.

Workspace setup & test billing privacy

If you complete onboarding, your workspace name, requested plan, extra-seat count, referral interest, and submission dates are stored with your account for administrator review. These preferences are not a purchase, SMS consent, or permission to contact other people. The owner-only Stripe sandbox integration stores customer/subscription identifiers, subscription status, and limited invoice status in Cloudflare D1. Payment details are handled on Stripe-hosted pages, never in this app. Use test payment details only; no live charges or automated referral payouts are enabled. Contact the operator for account and onboarding data removal.

This demonstration is provided for evaluating software workflows, without a guarantee of availability or accuracy. It is not insurance, medical, financial, or legal advice. No displayed quote or approval is binding. Use fictional data only. You may not use the demo to contact real prospects, submit carrier applications, or make real eligibility decisions.

Published plan prices are proposed launch prices in USD per account per month, not per included seat. No paid production subscription is offered yet. Stripe checkout is owner-only sandbox testing and does not charge real money or grant a role. Referral rewards, team invitations, and metered usage billing are not active. Real billing requires a separate launch, tax, and commercial-terms review.

Optional SMS program

Google sign-in does not opt you into text messages. The owner-only demo has separate SMS terms, a SMS privacy notice, and an optional consent form. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not sold or shared for third-party marketing. No real customer messaging is offered by this prototype.

Administrator chat & voice simulator

The administrator-only simulator sends fictional text to Cloudflare Workers AI and, in Voice mode, audio and generated reply text to Replicate for speech recognition and synthesis. Microphone access starts only after your browser permission and stops when you leave Voice mode or hide the page. No telephone call is placed. Recent conversation context is stored temporarily in Cloudflare D1, inaccessible after sign-in expires (up to eight hours), deleted on End & clear conversation, or removed by daily expiry cleanup. Audio is not stored by this application; provider retention policies still apply. Provider usage metadata, model names, request identifiers and calculated costs persist for your cost meter without transcripts or audio; legacy turn metadata is retained for up to 30 days. The admin simulator has no application spending cap. Displayed costs use actual provider usage at published rates, not final invoices. Do not enter real applicant or sensitive personal information.
